EARMACS is a Cooperative Federation of 68 Integrated Village Cooperative Societies (IVCS) Ltd., spanning the Eastern Region of Meghalaya. Registered on 21st December 2022 under the Meghalaya Co-operative Societies Act 2015.

We replicate and scale integrated land restoration of acid mine-degraded landscapes through aromatic plant cultivation, water treatment, and GIS-verified carbon monitoring — piloted under MBDA/MBMA through MLAMP & CLLMP — into a commercial venture through cooperative networks.

GREEN SPOIL

Phytoremediation using Lemongrass, Citronella, Palmarosa and Vetiver on critically acidic mine-spoil land. Plants stabilise heavy metals and produce commercially valuable essential oils.
